What is Functional Fitness? Some key concepts are: Mobility, Flexibility, Stability, Strength, Stamina, Cardio and Power. The goal is not limited to aesthetics. It is Performance. Throughout life, our body must be physically able to perform the tasks at hand. This new age style of fitness is the combination of the best of what the fitness worlds have to offer us. The objective is to maximize our performance while limiting our risks to injuries and illness. You will train as athletes train. The programming will provide you purposeful workouts that are designed to maximize how you feel, look, and perform.
CONQUER offers both mens and women’s locker rooms. Each locker room has two showers and plenty of storage for your gear. Full towel services are also provided.
• Myzone Heart Rate Tracking is available to maximize your efforts and accurately track your workouts. Myzone tracks your calories burned, as well as categorizing and displaying the metabolic zones at which you are training at.
• Cardio equipment that is free to use outside of group training. These machines involve: Treadmills, Ellipticals, a Stairmaster and a Peloton.
• Throughout the calendar year, we provide specialty holiday workouts for you and your loved ones to participate in free of charge. The Memorial Day Murph is a prime example.

Group training offers a very similar community that you experienced in your athletic teams. Together, you will conquer each workout as a unit. Although individuals are spread throughout different stations, you will circuit through the workout as they do. Some of the many benefits of group training include, accountability, networking, motivation, and making long lasting friendships. Group training provides an energy and excitement to your workouts that do not exist when you are training solo with the headphones in. It brings our your personal best!

Each class is one hour in totality. These functional fitness workouts are trainer led and designed. You will experience a full body workout in every class. However, each day has a specific focus. Some days will be a push focus, or pull, or core & metabolic conditioning, or even athletic power and plyometrics. The workouts build off of one another and change each day. Every movement can be both progressed or modified to the individual. Every workout is designed to be purposeful, action packed, challenging and adaptable to individuals of all age and fitness levels.

The best place in Tulsa to workout. I live in Texas but I make sure I get to drop in EVERY SINGLE TIME I’m in Tulsa. The energy is fantastic and the coaches are absolutely incredible and motivating. Workouts like you’ve never had. They come up with the most fun and unique moves to work all those muscles. Always super clean and organized and very family friendly!

Conquer is truly an amazing place!
